CX25WW Group of Companies
1. Introduction
At CX25WW Group of Companies (“CX25WW”, “we”, “our” or “us”), we believe that trust is built through responsible actions, transparency and respect for people.
CX25WW is an ecosystem of 18+ ventures operating or being developed across different areas of opportunity. These ventures may serve individuals, businesses, students, job seekers, employers, vehicle owners, drivers, travellers, customers, partners, researchers and communities.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, shared, retained and protected when you interact with CX25WW, its ventures, its websites, forms, digital tools, recruitment processes, newsletters, programmes or services.
Our commitment is straightforward: collect information for legitimate purposes, use it responsibly, limit access to those who need it, and respect the rights of the people who trust us with their information.
This Policy applies to the CX25WW corporate website and to venture-related digital interactions that refer to this Policy. A separate privacy notice may apply where a particular venture or service has its own requirements.
2. Who Is Responsible for Your Personal Information?
CX25WW Group of Companies is the umbrella brand for its venture ecosystem.
The entity responsible for a particular activity will depend on the legal structure of the relevant venture, the service you use and the role played by each organisation in determining how your information is processed.
